Dawn Kelly has been a student of oriental medicine and has studied tai chi and qi gong and loves various forms of martial arts including sword and staff since 1999. Metaphysical and mystical studies have always held her interest. In this book she was inspired by the art of the sword which portrays a sense of fearlessness even in the most feminine of poses.
